Responsibilities for the Lead Test Engineer:
- Develop test plans, taking inputs from key stakeholders
- Design ATE board-level hardware for Probe and Final Tests
- Lead junior team members
- Debug complex software and provide clear documentation and communications
- Create reliable qualification, characterisation and production test program solutions based on datasheet/SCM and design requirements
- ATE Expertise (V93k or Teradyne platforms) is an essential core requirement
- Eligibility for Security Clearance in France (for military/defence projects)
- Strong scripting skills
- Use of statistical analysis tools (e.g JMP or equivalent)
- Self-starter and ability to plan and manage workloads
- Flexibility to travel to supplier, and customer locations
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
