The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, ISP RTL Design to lead the development of world-class ISP hardware. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with team leadership, driving innovative solutions in a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, ISP RTL Design, you will:

• Implement ISP algorithms into hardware using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and SystemC (High-Level Synthesis).
• Define ISP hardware architecture, including product features, performance requirements, gate count, and power estimation.
• Verify logic at the ISP and digital system levels.
• Optimize designs to minimize gate count and power consumption.
• Collaborate closely with ISP Algorithm Teams, design leaders at other sites, and Digital System Design Teams.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of RTL design engineers to achieve technical and project goals.

Your Profile

To succeed as Senior Manager, ISP RTL Design, you should bring:

• Minimum MSEE, or BSEE, or equivalent, plus 7+ years of Digital Design and verification related experience
• 3+ years project management / people management experience / skill
• Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor and image signal processing (ISP)
• Experience / knowledge in System C/C++, System Verilog, and Catapult HLS tool.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented and embrace change behaviours.
• Ability to speak Chinese due to the need to liaise with stakeholders based in China.
