Our client is seeking a Senior Power Amplifier Engineer to join their Sweden RF Lab in Stockholm, a global hardware research centre focusing on innovative emerging RF technologies and concepts, ranging from device to system level.
In this role as a Senior Power Amplifier Engineer, you can expect your main responsibilities to consist of researching power amplifier solutions based on innovative architectures and circuits, new integration, accurate passive and active device modelling techniques, and assembly and packaging concepts. In addition to this you will be expected to keep track of the latest technology trends and bring to light ground-breaking PA tech for wireless communications whilst also promoting and presenting new concepts and solutions.

Key qualifications as a Senior Power Amplifier Engineer:
- Proven industrial R&D experience in PA technologies for radio base station applications.
- Solid knowledge on integration, packaging, and assembly processes for power amplifiers operating at both sub-6 GHz and millimeter-wave frequency bands is highly appreciated.
- Hands-on experience in integrated sub-6 GHz PA design, modeling, simulations, and characterisations is a must.
- Familiar with various RF measurement instruments e.g., vector network analysers (VNAs), signal analysers, vector signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc. Skills in developing and optimising measurement techniques for accurately characterising both passive and active devices.
- Prior experience in developing non-linear device models is an advantage.
