Senior Product Quality Engineer

Our international client is currently searching for a Senior Product Quality Engineer to be based remotely or in Germany to be responsible for supporting new product introductions for advanced high performance IC products. The role will involve taking full ownership of silicon and package qualification and reliability testing. Managing failure analysis teams will also be part of the role as well as analyzing wafer acceptance reports from third parties.

Required skills for the Senior Product Quality Engineer will include:

• Strong semiconductor product engineering experience
• Semiconductor qualification reliability and failure analysis knowledge
• Understanding of the semiconductor packaging assembly process
• Strong communication skills
• Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, computer science etc.
