Senior Production Manager

Due to company growth, I am looking for a Senior Production Manager / Director to join an exciting company within the electronics space. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to lead their manufacturing team in a new area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
• Develop and implement production strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
• Lead the setup of the new manufacturing site, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
• Proven track record of managing production teams and overseeing large-scale manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
