Senior Programme Manager

I am looking for an experienced Technical Project or Programme Manager to join a pioneering semiconductor start-up revolutionising cryptography technology.

This position will best suit a professional who has a background managing projects within a similar environment and has an understanding of either SoC, FPGA or ASIC design flows.

If successful this opportunity can work on a hybrid basis or be based in their Bristol or Leeds office.

This is a great opportunity for you to be part of a growing company and start to build their Project Management team from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive planning, resource allocation, and execution for hardware and software projects.
• Establish agile project frameworks tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to establish agile frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
