Senior R+D Engineer - High Speed Networking

High calibre R+D Engineers are sought by this world leading wireless communications organisation to be based at their research lab in Zurich. The R+D Engineers will be responsible for research and innovation around high-performance computing, computer architecture and emerging technologies for high speed, low latency networking systems. The R+D Engineers will also be responsible for developing new architectural features and for producing research papers to present to top-tier conferences.

After completing your technical education (PhD or Masters in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering) you will have gained a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar research position either in industry or academia. You will have a solid background in Computer Science including excellent knowledge of computer architectures and emerging networking infrastructure and technologies. You should have a knowledge of Neural Networking, performance, latency and power management too.
