The Role – Senior RF Design Engineer As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing new RF products, refining existing designs, and contributing to the entire product lifecycle. Your expertise will help drive technical innovation, ensuring products meet performance, budget, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design RF products at board level, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams to develop market-leading RF solutions.
• Conduct RF system analysis, including link budgets, power budgets, and noise figure analysis.
• Carry out RF testing, including environmental assessments, to ensure compliance.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to align product capabilities with market needs.
• Support the transfer of new products from development into mass production.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience designing RF products at board level.
• Strong skills in RF circuit design, including LNAs, power amplifiers, oscillators, and mixers.
• Proficiency in CAD simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office and CST Microwave Studio (or HFSS).
• Experience with complex RF multilayer PCB layouts and associated manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of RF test and measurement techniques using network and spectrum analysis.
• Background in microwave systems, high-speed digital design, and test automation (LabView or VEE).
• Degree or higher qualification in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
