Senior RF Engineer

The role involves the design and development of implantable electronics and controller devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop RF Power Transmission Circuits, including RF Power Amplifier Design, Low Noise Amplifier design, Oscillators, Mixers, and Filters design.
• Development of electronic product PCBA for neurostimulation devices.
• Documentation of specifications, requirements, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters/Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in RF Electronic Circuit Design, analogue circuit design, and SPICE simulation.
• Knowledge of active filters, mixers, LNAs, and VCOs, signal integrity, impedance matching, and termination.
• Experience in embedded electronic design.
• Experience in Wireless Power Transmission.
• PCB layout experience with high-speed/RF PCB layout and simulation (Altium).
• Experience with wireless communication protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory test equipment: spectrum analyser, network analyzers, oscilloscope, etc.
• Experience in developing electrical power models and budgets, thermal modeling.
• Circuit optimisation and calibration methods.
• Experience with EMI/EMC testing and mitigation techniques.
• Experience in embedded software and software-defined radio.
• Hands-on experience translating embedded devices to finished products.
