Senior RF Systems Engineer - Freelance

IC Resources is working with an industry leading company seeking a Freelance Senior RF Systems Engineer to join their team in Cambridge for one of their exciting upcoming projects.

The company creates a variety of products, ranging from specialized devices to large-scale telecommunications and defence equipment.

The Role:

• The role involves designing RF/mmW components and systems
• Hybrid work option from Cambridge
• Outside IR35

The Requirements:

• Relevant degree in RF/Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in RF design tools like Microwave Office, CST, EMPro, and ADS.
• Demonstrable experience in microwave circuit/system design, including line-up analysis, tolerance/yield analysis, and DFM.
• Experience in transceiver product design.
• Verification and validation of designs, prepare test specifications, reports, and reliability testing.
