Senior Services Programme Manager

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for technology? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in driving success in their technology services projects.

As the Senior Progamme Manager you will need to be experienced in managing complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with their account teams to scope out service projects.
• Take responsibility for creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and cost plans in partnership with technical leads and various internal teams, including Finance and Legal.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are successfully managed, executed, and controlled, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, activities, and issues related to customer engagements.
• Manage and prioritise resources across teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices.

Experience

•  Relevant experience within the semiconductor industry, preferably a background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL, or IP development
• Proven experience in driving tactical service engagements, particularly in analog, SOC, verification, or package/board expertise.
• Project management certification is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with a focus on customer success.
