Senior SoC Architect

Based in Sophia Antipolis, this is an opportunity for a Senior SoC Architect to join a successful Semiconductor IP company that is developing revolutionary network-on-chip technology.

Our client is revolutionising autonomous driving, 5G mobiles and AI. They are expanding globally, and for their site in Sophia Antipolis they seek a Senior SoC Architect to drive the evolutions of their latest network-on-chip technology, enabling an ever-increasing complexity of SoCs. Here the Senior SoC Architect will influence the development environment, architecture, verification, and everything in between – it’s a hugely fascinating, challenging position that will have a big technical impact.

For this position, you must have: 

• Substantial experience within SoC/IP/NoC design, using VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Experience writing architecture specifications for highly complex SoCs
• Expertise in coherent and non-coherent communication protocols (AMBA, PCIe, CXL, OCP, etc)
• A good understanding across the complete digital design flow (from specification, architecture, RTL coding, verification, DFT, synthesis, power and timing closure)
• A Bachelors / Masters degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
