An exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Architect has arisen with a well-funded semiconductor start-up, developing next-generation holographic chip technology, based in Leuven.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Software Architect to join the core software team, focusing on collaboration with the Technical Director to help with day-to-day business, as well as actively engaging in high-performance C++ software development, specifically working in real-time programming.

You will commit to a hybrid working model and therefore will be required to live locally or be open to relocation.

Experience for the Senior Software Architect will include:

• A minimum of 10 years of C++ work experience, specifically working in real-time programming
• Proficiency in C++17 and an eagerness to embrace the evolving landscape of future standards.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, or contributing to 3D substantial engines or similar experience working on real-time computer vision applications.
• Ability to self-manage and structure day-to-day tasks efficiently and independently within project timelines.
• Demonstrated aptitude with GIT versioning, continuous integration and unit testing.
• An understanding of CUDA programming would be a strong plus.
