Senior Software Engineer / Architect

This leading fabless semiconductor developer is searching for a high calibre Senior Software Engineer / Architect to be based at their R+D Centre in Dortmund. The Senior Software / Architect will be responsible for the development of production control and planning software in Java and PL/SQL as well as modifying software architectures around IDE and EDI tools. The Senior Software Engineer / Architect will be working with different teams across the complete organisation ensuring development concepts and architectures are fit for purpose.

After completing your technical studies you will have gained 3+ years of experience developing software solutions preferably aimed at production control and / or production planning in Java, Kotlin, PL/SQL etc. You should have experience of IDE tools including IntelliJ and EDA tools too. Any experience of working in a SAP based environment (MM, SD, PP) and exposure to IDOC, EDIFACT or VDA processes would also be beneficial.

Candidates need to be fluent in English and German and be fully authorised to work in the EU.
