I am looking for a Verification Engineer to join my client who specialise in Post-Quantum Cryptography and Cybersecurity. Their goal is to innovate and create solutions for the world’s most imminent security challenge: Quantum Computers!

The successful candidate will be competent in front end digital design and verification to expand their cryptographic hardware team. You should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and/or relevant background in digital circuit design and have at least 5 years of experience.

The company is not too old, so you would be directly working with the founders and inventors of this deep tech start-up. However, the technology is already a couple of years in the making, its feasibility having been established, funding secured, and it has a clear path to market. This is a great opportunity to make career progress and to get a head start in a rapidly expanding segment of the semiconductor industry (RISC-V and Post-Quantum Cryptography).

Key skills:

• Verilog/SystemVerilog for ASIC design.
• SystemVerilog Assertions for formal methods-based verification (essential).
• Knowledge of UVM and associated SystemVerilog concepts for verification.
• Common Bus protocols (e.g. AMBA)
• Simulation, synthesis, timing analysis.
• Experience of verification planning and execution.

The work is based out of Oxford and London but remote working options for experienced candidates in the UK can be considered.
