Service Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a multinational Technology Manufacturer with a branch in Milan as a Service Technician!

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to join an established leader in technology. You will be trained and gain experience in complex electromechanical systems and products, enhancing your skill level!

As a Service Technician, your responsibilities would include:

• Performing calibration and maintenance of company products, which are electronic in nature.
• Performing customer support by speaking with customers experiencing issues with their devices.
• Performing troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of products.

To be considered for the Service Technician position, you will need:

• High school diploma in a relevant technical subject.
• Experience working on small electromechanical devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Show learning ability and willingness to be trained.
• Fluent Italian written and verbal skills.
• Basic English written and verbal skills.
