I'm currently recruiting an SiC Device R&D Engineer (m/w/d) for my very exciting client in the semiconductor industry in Munich!
My client offers a great opportunity in a dynamic environment with excellent salary and benefit packages!
Your responsibilities:
- The SiC Device R&D Engineer (m/w/d) will be responsible for pre-product planning and design tasks, prepared project reports and solutions.
- Furthermore you will be responsible for product design, simulation, tapeout and testing according to customer or product requirements.
- You will be also responsible for analysis of abnormal product, test report sorting, problem discovery and tracking
- Completed studies in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Experienced with structure, layout and simulation of power devices
- In depth experience with SiC, SBD, MOSFET
- Familiar with the application of power devices, including SiC MOSFET/BJT/JFET driver design and debugging
- Very good English Skills
