This is a remote-working opportunity for a SoC Architect to join our well-funded start-up client based in Belgium; a fascinating company developing the world’s first holographic display chips.

The future in how people communicate is in three dimensions. Our client is making that prospect come to life; their proven technology is going to have a huge impact on how we live, work and play. They seek a SoC Architect to join their expanding silicon team and take responsibility for specification, implementation and testing of novel real-time video processing architectures, working cross-functionally to optimise performance, and supporting system integration on FPGA and ASIC platforms.

The role of SoC Architect will suit a real innovator; someone keen to jump into the challenges of working for an early-stage start up.

Requirements include:
  • A University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
  • Deep experience of ASIC / SoC and system architecture definition
  • Strong knowledge of the digital RTL design flow, and an in-depth understanding of the concepts for area, bandwidth, power and throughput optimisation
  • Prior experience in video processor and / or communication systems would be beneficial
Exciting opportunities await! The SoC Architect will be pivotal in shaping the future of visualisation. Expect a very competitive salary, an extraordinary team, and a flexible work culture to support a healthy work-life balance. Some travel to Belgium will be required.
