Software Engineering Manager

An open source provider that develops cutting edge technology that supports top silicon manufacturers and OEMs is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager.

This Software Engineering Manager position pays up to €100,000 plus benefits (bonus, generous annual leave, funding for training courses, etc.). This position is 100% remote from the UK and the majority of Europe. If you prefer hybrid, there is an office in Cambridge.

Your role as a Software Engineering Manager will involve defining the web application roadmap, improving business systems, and leading the technical strategy. You and your team will deliver projects that support the day-to-day operations of the company and its continued growth.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience managing/developing a software team.
• Experience with connecting business systems and overcoming relevant challenges.
• Solid experience in designing and developing business critical data driven web applications in a linux environment.
• Familiarity with web technologies and defining the architecture.
• Pragmatic mindset.
