Software Security Engineer

This leading semiconductor company is seeking a Software Security Engineer to be based at their R+D Centre in Den Bosch (although hybrid and remote working is available). The Software Security Engineer will be responsible for leading technical challenges including researching, developing and implementing software countermeasures against side channel analysis (SCA) and fault injection attacks (FIA) for security IPs (symmetric-key, public-key etc.)  The Software Security Engineer will also be involved in identifying security vulnerabilities, developing new innovative countermeasures, product validation and compliance. The Software Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all products have the highest level of security ensuring confidence in these products.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in security engineering including strong embedded software C / C++ or Python skills. Along with this you will be able to demonstrate a track record developing and implementing software countermeasures against SCA and FIA targeting cryptographic primitives and protocols. Knowledge of security architectures and IPs is beneficial.
