Software Test Engineer - Audio

I have a new vacancy with a client in Cornwall who are looking to hire a Software Tester, to work as part of their innovative R&D SW engineering team.

They are a global leader in audio technology, so if you have any experience or interest in the audio space (particularly digital music equipment and software) - this is for you!

The role will involve functional testing of new audio mixing products and software releases.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios
• Executing tests on software applications and audio platforms
• Methodically document test results and report test progress
• Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve any bugs found
• Recreate customer applications and diagnose bugs using event logs
• Create documentation of tests & system information

If you have any qualifications in sound engineering and/or music technology systems - this will be a distinct advantage
