Senior Validation Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Validation Manager to lead and expand a team focused on the validation, characterisation, and firmware/software development of our client products.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive revolutionary planning, coordination, mixed-signal characterisation, systems and algorithms development, and the prototyping of new testing methods.

Key Responsibilities as the Senior Validation Manager:

• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of engineers.
• Develop hardware, software, and firmware for automated characterisation and calibration processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across various locations.
• Manage and oversee complex projects across multiple sites.
• Design and execute comprehensive verification and characterisation plans.
• Prototype new technologies and system architectures through experimental design.
• Conduct engineering failure analyses to determine root causes of product issues.

Requirements:

• Education: MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years in mixed-signal, MEMS, and/or sensor device development.
• Leadership: 5+ years in engineering team leadership.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mixed-signal circuits and hands-on experience with electronic lab instruments.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in MATLAB scripting and familiarity with circuit characterisation, debugging, and automated testing.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
