I am looking for a Supplier Account Manager to join our client in Surrey. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in an exciting high technology area at the forefront of new developments powering the green revolution within the semiconductor industry.
As Supplier Account Manager, you will report to the Purchasing Manager and work closely with the Supplier Quality Engineer, Purchasing Team and Production Department. You will be the single point of contact with external key sub-contractors. The successful applicant will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships amongst stakeholders both internally and externally.
The role will include weekly calls and sometimes onsite visits to sub-contractors. You will run a daily internal meeting on imminent issues and make sure that relevant updates are communicated and documented effectively and clearly. To be successful you will need to demonstrate good time keeping and organisation skills and be able to deal with a fast pace and changing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact with key sub-contractors.
- Communicate with internal stake holders daily.
- Be able to coordinate and manage action trackers for each sub-contractor.
- Manage shortages with help of Purchasing Team
- Manage PO updates.
- Create and manage KPIs
- Work alongside the Quality Supplier Engineer.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain alignment to company procedures.
- Assist with creation of periodic reporting and present to internal planning team
- Previous supplier management
- Strong communication skills through a variety of media
- Strong organisational, time-management and planning skills
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Proven administrative skills, working in a supplier relation/operations/purchasing environment
- Strong process mindset and confidence to challenge requests outside of the process
- Good standard of spoken and written English and sound numerical skills
