Key Responsibilities:
- Led and managed global procurement strategies to ensure the seamless acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and implement supply chain optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of critical components while minimising excess stock.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.
- Ensure all procurement and supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Experience in supply chain management and global procurement, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of electronics or mechanical engineering principles as they apply to supply chain and procurement.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are desirable.
