Our client is global leader in the semiconductor communications space. They are now seeking their next Technical Lead ATE Development Engineer to focus on ATE development, maintenance and lead the growing team!

Key Responsibilities for the Technical Lead ATE Development Engineer:

• Leading tool development and maintenance as the main contact.
• Planning, prioritising, and allocating resources effectively.
• Managing team growth, recruitment, and oversight.
• Developing calibration tools and writing code
• Improving and maintaining ATE systems and tools.
• Overseeing testing, reporting, and GUI management for validation and releases.

Key Requirements for the Technical Lead ATE Development Engineer:

• Advanced programming skills in Python and C++ for test system development.
• Strong background in ATE implementation/protocols and RF evaluation, modeling techniques, diagnostics, bench equipment and performance optimisation.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
• Experience in LTE, NB-IoT, and 5G testing.
