In this role, you will:
  • Lead overall programme strategy and execution, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Shape and refine a key portion of the R&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee multiple high-tech R&D teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational roadblocks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Drive execution in semiconductor R&D, microwave, electrical engineering, or quantum device development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in Project/Programme Management within high-tech or R&D-driven industries, ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • Background in Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in semiconductor R&D, microwave engineering, electrical engineering, or quantum devices is a strong plus.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complexity, and deliver results.
