Technical Project Manager

I am currently working with a cutting-edge photonics start-up based in Zurich, which is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to strengthen their team and support in the end-to-end management of their product development as well as taking a lead role in grant writing and working with initiatives like the EU Chip Act.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Technical Project Manager form the Semiconductor industry to join an exciting and passionate start-up in a brand new facility, as well as having a brand new workspace in a facility that has amenities such as a gym and local restaurants , you will also be offered an attractive salary based on experience  plus shares and a bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee technical product development projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Lead grant writing efforts and secure funding through relevant bodies.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical project management within photonics or related industries.
• Strong grant writing skills, particularly with EU funding bodies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
