Sales Account Manager - Automotive - Bay Area

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Key Accounts: Take ownership of pivotal accounts, positioning my client as the premier Automotive Semiconductor supplier.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute winning strategies at assigned accounts, identifying and closing design-in opportunities.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Forge enduring relationships with decision-makers in customer engineering, purchasing, and executive teams, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Innovative Approach: Leverage industry insights to position my client competitively, driving innovative solutions that outperform the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years in semiconductor sales or related fields. Technical background preferred (BSEE or equivalent).
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to comprehend hardware, software, and their business applications to leverage effectively.
  • Market Understanding: Acumen in competitive dynamics, industry strategies, and the capabilities required to succeed.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles, consistently meeting revenue goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills pivotal in engaging customers.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Capability to direct global, cross-functional resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS Office suite, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
