An exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Manager has arisen with a fast-growing, VC-backed cyber security start up in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Manager to lead their global support operations. You will ensure issue efficient resolution as tier 2, manage tier 1 support engineers and work with tier 3, combining technical expertise and leadership to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional support.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite between 2 – 3 days a week.

Experience of the Senior Support Manager will include:
  • 4+ years managing technical support function
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with outsourced team management
  • Bonus: cyber security platform background
