Join a dynamic team, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Work across a diverse product portfolio, from cutting-edge research and development to flight hardware, contributing to innovative aerospace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble research and development products and flight hardware to precise specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing of products, including functional, electrical, vibration, shock, TVAC, and RF testing.
- Develop and document Manufacturing Assembly Procedures (MAPs) and Test Procedures.
- Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using in-house metrology equipment.
- Collaborate with the Product Assurance team to define and document qualified MAIT processes.
- Strong engineering knowledge and experience in assembling precision components.
- Proficiency in using metrology equipment for detailed inspections.
- Practical and theoretical expertise in MAIT, including testing methods like vibration, shock, TVAC, and electrical bonding/isolation.
- Proven experience using assembly procedures and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, surface finishes, tolerances, and materials.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
