Test Manager

A world-leading smart solution provider is seeking a Test Manager to join their Manufacturing facility based in Wales.

Within the Test Manager role you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:

• Definition of a structured process to deliver test hardware and software
• Ensure that all product validation is planned
• Ownership of the transfer of test systems
• Overall test team management
• Introduce new test methodologies and technologies

To be considered for the Test Manager opportunity you must have a background in managing teams that deliver test solutions, experience improving test processes and operations, a strong working knowledge of ATE test platforms such as Teradyne, LTX or Advantest, an understanding of programming languages used in ATE testing, and be comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
