I am currently seeking a talented UX Researcher to join a prestigious client based in Oxford, specialising in cutting-edge tracking and imaging technologies.

The overall goal is to develop user-friendly, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Determine research objectives and select appropriate methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research with project plans.
  • Recruit participants for research studies.
  • Develop a research plan within project timelines and budget.
  • Conduct research using various methods, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Analyse data to understand user needs and behaviour.
  • Present findings, user stories, and pain points.
  • Create personas and journey maps to illustrate user experiences.
  • Organise workshops to encourage collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Document findings, methodologies, and insights.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in some of the following areas:
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits depending on experience

You must be eligible and willing to work in the office in Oxford once every fortnight.
