Verification Lead Start Up - City of London
This is a great opportunity to join a growing start-up based in the Capital. They are seeking a Verification Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Verification Lead, the individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's AI/ML, HPC networking, and datacenter technologies.
The role involves leading the verification efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving excellence in verification methodologies.
This is a hands on role, but you will get the opportunity to support and lead a Verification team as they grow.

Hybrid working is on offer with a minimum of 2 days per week in office. Relocation support can also be given if required.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality verification projects.
- Develops verification strategies and plans for complex AI/ML, HPC networking, and datacenter projects.
- Collaborates with design and architecture teams to understand and influence design requirements to ensure robust verification coverage.
- Drives the development and deployment of advanced verification methodologies and tools to improve verification efficiency.
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on verification status.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong expertise in verification methodologies, such as UVM, and experience with PCIe, ethernet, and other relevant protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of successfully leading verification teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive towards achieving project milestones.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and innovation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align on verification goals and strategies.
- Leads verification planning and execution for multiple projects concurrently.
- Mentors and guides team members in leveraging advanced verification methodologies and tools.
- Participates in design reviews and provides valuable input from a verification perspective.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders and project teams to provide status updates and address any verification-related concerns.
