VP of Operations - semiconductor Start-up

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join an exciting new start-up within the Semiconductor space as the VP of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company specialising in the development of imaging tech, you will play a key role in building and leading the operations team from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
• Oversee the imaging, process development, and manufacturing/foundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations within a fabless semiconductor company.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operations teams from inception to high performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

This position will offer the successful VP of Operations a competitive salary package comprising of a fixed salary plus equity and bonus scheme. As well as the opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.
