VP of Operations

I am working with an exciting start-up within the semiconductor industry who are developing mixed-signal and analog IC’s for consumer and IoT application.

This VP of Operations position will play an integral part in the organisations growth, you will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, meeting targets, maximising efficiency, and driving overall business growth.

As the VP of Operations, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at optimising their operational processes and ensuring the successful execution of their business objectives which will include the following.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience managing operations in a semiconductor start-up previously and have the following experience:

• Strong commercial experience within the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor IC process.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, business development, and strategic planning.
• Comfortable working in multi-site developments across different time zones and cultures, with outstanding communication skills.
