VP of Operations

As the VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the operational backbone of the company. You will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the full operations function with an initial focus on Supply Chain and implementation of quality standards relating to IATF 16949. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise operational processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce rigorous quality control standards to guarantee the highest level of product excellence.
• Build and manage a robust supply chain, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring seamless logistics.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations strategy with business goals and drive long-term success.

Experience

• Proven experience in operations leadership, within the semiconductor industry is a MUST
• Demonstrated success in setting up and scaling operations functions.
• Strong expertise in quality assurance and supply chain management.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
