VP of Research and Development – SiC/GaN

 I am recruiting on behalf of one of my clients who is looking to hire a VP of Research and Development, based in Munich who will be responsible for developing and leading a newly founded European R&D team focused on Silicon Carbide or Gallium Nitride.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the following:

• Build and lead a team of world-class SiC and GaN Experts
• Look after the daily R&D Functions
• Look after cost management for the R&D Centre
• Be responsible for product road mapping of different technologies

To be considered for this VP of Research and Development vacancy, you should possess a degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or Integrated Circuits and have exposure to the following:

• Compound semiconductors such as SiC or GaN
• Leading an organisation and building world-class teams
• Day-to-day management of different teams and tasks
