VP Silicon

Based in Oxford, our client is an extraordinary early-stage start-up seeking a VP Silicon to lead and grow their founding silicon team.  

This company is an incredibly innovative team developing a unique new processor technology that has never been done before. Reporting to the CEO, the VP Silicon will be directly involved in developing a brand-new processor architecture, mapping out technical plans and taking the product to prototype stage. As the team grows, the VP Silicon will be responsible for leading a mixed-signal design team. The office is based in Oxford (with a second office due to open in London) however a flexible hybrid arrangement is possible.

The right candidate for the role of VP Silicon will be:

• Someone with a long history within digital ASIC design, with experience delivering products and taking chips to tapeout
• An experienced technical leader
• Ideally experienced in the world of processor development
• Someone with ambitious intellect and a strong motivation to be part of a revolutionary start-up
