Our service is entirely free and there is no contract for you to sign in order for us to represent you (if ever an agency asks you to sign a contract, beware!)

Our business model is that we are paid a ‘finder’s fee’ by our clients when someone we have introduced to them starts work. Our motivation is simply to find the best match - one where you contribute positively to a company’s long term success while simultaneously challenging yourself and furthering your career.
