Since our inception in 1999, IC Resources has always believed in the value of specialist knowledge. Our two founders decided to each focus on a different aspect of IC design – Analog/RF and Digital/ASIC. Since then we have applied this to all our new recruitment consultants. Each one learns a specialist area of technology (or sales and marketing disciplines) with the aim of becoming the recognised recruitment expert in that field.
