Callum joined IC Resources in 2021 to exclusively recruit Electronic, Hardware, and FPGA Engineers in the UK.
Before joining IC Resources, Callum worked in the financial services sector at Lloyds Banking Group, so his understanding of the commercial aspects of the job both from a candidate and client perspective is second to none.
After graduating from Hartpury University in 2014, Callum spent 3 months living in Malaysia with some friends from Uni. During this time, he was introduced to members of the royal family and was lucky enough to spend time getting to know them.
