Dave Sharman

Dave joined IC Resources in November 2015 and brings a wealth of recruitment experience across various industries and sectors. Dave started his career in sales in 2001 but in 2008, he decided to make the move to recruitment. Over the years he has built trust with large, international companies and is very passionate about delivering an excellent all-round service to both candidates and clients. He offers a personal and consultative approach to his work and is always willing to give career advice to experienced candidates as well as those that are looking to take their first steps as a trainee or graduate.

Within the Sales and Marketing team at IC Resources, Dave focuses on client-facing positions within the active semiconductor industry across Europe. These are commercial roles such as field applications, technical sales, account management, business development, product management and marketing.

Away from the office, Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing DIY around the house and trying different rums from around the world. He loves to spoil his daughter and is becoming more and more creative by drawing pictures, doing puzzles and pulling silly faces.
