Matt Andrews

Matt started his recruitment journey in the Dotcom boom in the late 90’s and has accrued many years recruitment expertise in the digital tech sector, and has worked for IC Resources for over 10 years specialising in the web, cloud and mobile space.

Over his career, he has also gained a wealth of knowledge in the embedded software, hardware, semiconductor and telecoms sectors. He is particularly passionate about partnering with start-ups and helping them to grow.

In his spare time Matt is a big music fan, enjoying the music scene in Bristol where he lives, and regularly attending the Glastonbury festival (when he can get a ticket!). He is also a huge football fan, supporting Southampton FC.

Matt is very family oriented – he is married with 2 teenage sons, 2 cats, 1 dog and a horse....
