Matt Andrews

Matt started out in the Dotcom boom in the late 90’s and has accrued many years recruitment expertise in the digital tech sector, and has worked for IC Resources for almost 10 years specialising in the web and mobile space.

Over his career, he has also gained a wealth of knowledge in the embedded software, hardware, semiconductor and telecoms sectors. He is particularly passionate about partnering with start-ups and helping them to grow.

In his spare time Matt is a huge sports fan, supporting Southampton FC and playing golf and cricket. He also follows the NFL – supporting the LA Rams. His other passion is music (from Massive Attack to The Smiths, and everything in between!)

Matt is very family oriented – he is married with 2 teenage sons, 2 cats, a dog and 1.5 horses…
