Rachel Anderson

Rachel has two decades of semiconductor manufacturing recruitment experience, leading the process manufacturing department within Europe and the UK. She has a wealth of experience in placing engineers from all over the world in technical positions, ranging from technicians to the senior engineering level. Through a defined and friendly consultative approach, she has delivered staff to a wide-ranging client base which extends from small start-up operations all the way through to established large-scale international corporations.

Prior to joining IC Resources, Rachel began her career as a semiconductor packaging project manager at International Rectifier where she gained significant international technical engineering experience in delivering projects to a diverse range of global technology clients. Rachel received her BSc (Hons) physics degree from the University of Loughborough.
