Robert Maw

After spending 10 successful years in the health and fitness industry successfully managing health clubs across the country, Rob decided to transfer the skills he learned along the way to the world of semiconductors. Although a completely different field of work he has found the core skills of communication, dedication and hard-work completely transferable.

Rob joined IC Resources in 2014, working in the Hardware team of IC Resources building new relationships with candidates and clients and is now a business director heading up both the semiconductor and electronics engineering teams.

Rob enjoys playing and watching most sports and most evenings can be found playing 5-a-side football for one of the 3 teams he currently represents. He is naturally competitive and enjoys a challenge which are skills that can be an asset on the sports field as well as the workplace.
