data-block-id=\"27b90f9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">We were approached in the winter of 2019 by an investment company and a consultant who had previously worked with us.&nbsp;They were looking for a partner to help build an RF company from scratch and IC Resources was selected based on previous&nbsp;work and our reputation&nbsp;in the RF Semiconductor market.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-c69d0f1\" id=\"strong-challenge-strong\" data-block-id=\"c69d0f1\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-33413f3\" data-block-id=\"33413f3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The initial challenges were three-fold;&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find someone capable of leading and scaling up a RF Semiconductor company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help recruit&nbsp;several&nbsp;highly skilled design engineers capable of leading teams based on one main area of experience \u2013 Doherty Amplifier design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise where best to locate this growing company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-c85513b\" id=\"strong-solution-strong\" data-block-id=\"c85513b\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-ed5c085\" data-block-id=\"ed5c085\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">With this challenge in mind, we conducted market research&nbsp;to recommend&nbsp;the best location(s) to support the growth envisioned by the investors.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-073c47e\" data-block-id=\"073c47e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">We also conducted in-depth technical searches to find the most suitable candidates,&nbsp;additionally providing detailed insights&nbsp;in terms of suitability&nbsp;both&nbsp;from a people management and company development perspective.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-26637a1\" id=\"strong-result-strong\" data-block-id=\"26637a1\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>RESULT<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-9083ca5\" data-block-id=\"9083ca5\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Firstly we made&nbsp;three key hires in Systems Engineering, MMIC Design and Validation to support the technical leadership of the company, drive technology development and facilitate company growth.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b7f93b3\" data-block-id=\"b7f93b3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><strong>Fast forward a year and half,&nbsp;we have made over&nbsp;24 placements.&nbsp; Based on our initial recommendations a second site in the UK has been opened in Leeds with a team of 5 Engineers from various backgrounds to support the developing engineering challenges.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-columns stk-block-columns
