You\u2019ll support and lead the development of AI and compute-focused ICs, working from architecture through RTL to silicon and have the opportunity to support and mentor the 6 graduates within the group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This role is well suited to someone motivated by the opportunity to give back to the industry sharing their experience, mentoring the next generation, and helping shape the growth of an emerging company. It will appeal most to individuals driven by impact, ownership, and legacy, rather than those primarily focused on compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Why This role is different<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Foundational impact \u2013 shape the technical direction and standards from day one<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Real ownership \u2013 no layers of management, no waiting for instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">End-to-end exposure \u2013 architecture \u2192 RTL \u2192 tapeout \u2192 silicon validation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Variety of work \u2013 customer projects + in-house IP development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Startup agility \u2013 fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy, high trust<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What you\u2019ll be doing<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define digital architectures for AI accelerators, data paths, and SoC subsystems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop high-quality, synthesizable RTL (Verilog\/SystemVerilog).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Run synthesis, STA, and DFT using industry-standard digital design tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead design reviews and help establish best practices and design flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support tapeout and bring-up, including hands-on silicon validation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building team capability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to internal IP development alongside customer delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What they\u2019re looking for<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong background in digital IC design (senior-level experience)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with a tape out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Solid understanding of SoC design and PPA trade-offs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Confident working across the full design lifecycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Comfortable taking ownership and making technical decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication skills and team mindset<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">DSP, CPU\/GPU\/NPU is advantageous but not essential.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What you\u2019ll get<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The chance to build something from the ground up<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work on cutting-edge AI and compute silicon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">High autonomy and real technical ownership<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A collaborative, engineering-led culture<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Opportunity to shape both technology and team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>There is a hybrid working model, but the company can be creative with onsite work.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Eg 2 days in the office every other week.
