I am seeking a Senior Design Verification Engineer  to join an established and fast-growing startup as it enters its next phase of growth. With a team of nearly 100 people, this company is at the forefront of post-quantum cryptography<\/strong>, developing security-critical technologies with global impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will play a key role in verifying highly secure designs, working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative, high-trust environment. <\/span><\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll be doing<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

As part of the verification team, you will:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Build and extend UVM testbenches<\/span><\/strong> to verify cryptographic IP and subsystem designs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop Python-based tools and automation<\/span><\/strong> to improve verification efficiency and productivity<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Apply formal verification techniques<\/span><\/strong> <\/strong>in creative and effective ways<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Beyond hands-on verification, you will also:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Influence and define verification methodologies and strategies<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Architect testbenches using UVM and formal-based approaches<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Define verification plans, functional coverage models,<\/span> <\/strong>and test strategies<\/span><\/strong> at block and subsystem level<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Lead verification for IPs or subsystems, including effort estimation, scheduling,<\/span> <\/strong>task allocation, and progress reporting<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Drive coverage closure and sign-off quality<\/span><\/strong> across complex designs<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Mentor junior engineers<\/span><\/strong> and help raise the overall capability of the team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required experience<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Strong background in UVM-based verification<\/strong> at IP and subsystem levels<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proven experience building UVM testbenches from scratch<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Python<\/strong> for verification automation<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Solid experience with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
      • A minimum of 4 years experience. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
