This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, developing innovative products from concept through to production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>You will be;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Design and develop compact, robust mechanical systems for products, prototypes, and test equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop innovative mechanical solutions that meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate system prototypes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Produce detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and design documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Conduct structural, thermal, and materials analysis to optimise system performance and reliability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support prototype assembly, testing, validation, and design iteration activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to the transition of technologies from concept through prototyping, testing, and into production<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What we are looking for;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience in mechanical design and development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials selection, and manufacturing processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience using engineering analysis and simulation tools such as ANSYS<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience developing precision mechanical systems and assemblies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><em>Experience working on optical or photonics-based products would be an advantage<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Apply today or contact Gemma for more information<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mechanical Design Engineer We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Oxford.
