{"id":153775,"date":"2026-06-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/ic-test-development-engineer-476286\/"},"modified":"2026-07-25T10:05:56","modified_gmt":"2026-07-25T09:05:56","slug":"ic-test-development-engineer-476286","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/en\/jobs\/ic-test-development-engineer-476286\/","title":{"rendered":"IC Test Development Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This fast-growing fabless semiconductor company developing mixed-signal ASIC solutions across wireless, automotive, medical, and industrial markets is currently searching for an IC Test Development Engineer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop semiconductor test solutions including ATE test programs, loadboards, sockets, and hardware for platforms such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne ETS, and UltraFLEX.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage test plans, specifications, FMEA documentation, and development timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy test solutions to OSAT partners and manage outsourced test development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support product engineering with yield improvement, troubleshooting, and production test optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 semiconductor test development experience.<\/li>\n<li>Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of analog\/digital test methodologies (RF experience advantageous).<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing ATE solutions, ideally with Advantest V93K.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ATE programming languages (C\/C++, Java) and full-chip test solution development, including hardware design.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This fast-growing fabless semiconductor company developing mixed-signal ASIC solutions across wireless, automotive, medical, and industrial markets is currently searching for an IC Test Development Engineer.
